The challenge
A regional safety-training provider was juggling enrollments, class scheduling, company accounts, students, instructors, and billing across multiple locations — in tools that did not talk to each other. Leadership had no single view of revenue, capacity, or what needed attention today.
What we built
We built MASC as the operating system for the whole business. A live dashboard shows daily enrollments, check-ins, and class rosters across locations, while modules handle companies, students, instructors, and approvals.
A full accounting suite manages invoicing and reports on the payment mix — invoice, Stripe, and credit card. On top of it all, an AI Insights layer powered by Claude flags revenue and enrollment trends and recommends where to focus for capacity planning.
